Shipping charges
All download products are free of shipping charges. If customers prefer to
receive a CD, the current shipping/handling charges are $4.95 for U.S. customers,
and $9.95 for customers from other countries.
Delivery
CD's will be shipped as soon as payment received. An email will be sent to buyer
when the item is dispatched. For U.S. customers, please allow from 3-5 days for the mail
to arrive (4-10 days for customers from other countries). If you don't receive the
item within this time frame, please feel free to contact me either via
Email or
Web-Form. For other download products, you will be able
to download the packages instantly after payment. Please contact me if you have any problem with
the download, I will respond within 24 hours (usually within 12 hours or less).
Discounts
I love to have my customers come back and get what they need. Therefore I offer a straight
20% discount on all ebooks for all returning customers who have previously accumulated $20.00 or more
of purchases in the past. For example, you have purchased ebooks from me in the past that totaled
to $19.00. Your current shopping cart won't have any discount. To get this 20% discount,
you'll need to pay for any ebook that costs $1.00 or more, check out and pay for it.
Then the next time you'll get this 20% discount on anything in my store!
Billing
I prefer payments via PayPal. But I also accept several other payment methods including
money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks (drawn from US or Canadian banks only),
or e-Gold. Please contact me for further instruction on how to pay via these or
other methods.
Returns, exchanges
Due to the information nature of my products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Defective
products are exchanged with working ones. If after my support efforts fail to have the products
work as described, I will promptly issue a full refund.
Usage and resale rights
If any of my products come with master resale rights, buyers have the right to resell them
and pass those rights on to their customers. Some products only carry resell rights instead
of master resell rights; in such cases, buyers cannot pass those same rights to subsequent
customers. All of my products are provided "as is," and are
without warranty or technical support. eBook Robot can not be held liable for any direct
or indirect damages associated with the use of any of these products. In any case in NO EVENT
shall the liability for any damages, losses and/or causes of action exceed the total amount
paid by the user for any of the products. You are responsible for installing
and/or providing support to your customers. eBook Robot will provide technical support within
its capability and time limit, but give no guarantees or promises for any results.
